Monitoring & Support Specialist
TELSCO is currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to work in the rewarding position of monitoring and support specialist. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, responding to alarm situations, data entry and verification, and client care and support. Successful applicants must be able to prioritize duties, multi-task effectively, work well in high pressure situations, and have a close attention to detail. Shift flexibility is necessary.
