What You’ll Do:
As a Mobile Retail Specialist, you’ll support customers through every stage of their journey—from welcoming and advising, to troubleshooting and selling.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Engaging customers and identifying their mobile needs
- Recommending tailored solutions and mobile plans
- Providing device support, including activations, warranties, and troubleshooting
- Processing payments and accurately documenting sales
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
- Supporting store operations and other tasks as assigned by the Manager
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Accountability to customers and teammates
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in wireless/retail is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
