  • Optimize the use of maintenance resources, including personnel and equipment, to achieve efficient task execution.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies, schedules, and checklists to minimize unplanned downtime and prolong equipment life.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics in maintenance management systems.
  • Provide technical expertise to maintenance teams during the planning phase, assisting with troubleshooting and ensuring accurate task specifications.
  • Ensure that maintenance activities are planned in compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, downtime, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance performance for management review.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

  • Interprovincial Heavy Duty Mechanic trade certification would be considered an asset

  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to promoting a safe work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive starting salary range of $90,000 - $105,000/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
