TULUM Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Professional Mixologist who is passionate about mixology and Mexican culture. We’re looking for someone creative, experienced, and customer-focused to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- Craft classic cocktails and signature drinks with precision and flair
- Provide exceptional service and engaging experiences for guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Collaborate with service and kitchen staff during busy hours
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a mixologist or bartender
- Valid bartender certification (Smart Serve required)
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and presentation
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability
- Energetic, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about Latin culture
