We provide a full range of services including:
Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Chiropractic Care, Occupational Therapy, Psychology Services, and Osteopathy.
Your Role: Medical Office Assistant
You will be the face of the clinic—ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the clinic’s CRM and EMR systems: maintain accurate patient records, appointments, and communication.
- Greet patients warmly, answer calls and emails, and schedule appointments based on treatment plans.
- Verify patient and insurance information prior to visits.
- Submit claims through TELUS portals (EHC, HCAI, WSIB) and manage billing inquiries.
- Prepare examination rooms and restock supplies, folding Laundry.
- Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean clinic environment, including light laundry.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support clinical staff as needed.
- Coordinate patient communication efforts such as appointment reminders and follow-ups.
- Assist with patient education and wellness initiatives including events and outreach.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and front-desk operations.
- Proficient with EMR systems (Juvonno, Jane or TELUS preferred).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
