Our Neurologist's office is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
- Creating a welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Assist healthcare providers by facilitating communication and enhancing patient care.
Looking for someone who is:
- Efficient, able to multi task
- Organization skills and attention to details are a must
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is reliable, flexible, friendly and professional
- Knowledge of MS word, Excel is an asset
- MOA certificate/experience in specialists office is an asset
We will provide on-site training for the right candidate.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9-5pm in person in Richmond.
