We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Clerical – Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity. As an MOA, you will play a key role in supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth, patient-focused experience.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Scheduling patient appointments and managing bookings.
Greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out procedures.
Answering phones and responding to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Preparing and processing patient documentation and requisitions.
Coordinating exam preparation and supporting radiology staff as needed.
Processing film and report requests.
Maintaining patient confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Certificate in Medical Office Administration or equivalent.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
Proficient with computers and electronic medical record systems.
Familiarity with PACS and RIS is an asset.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical office (preferred)
Effective communication skills to influence diverse audiences and build trust.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
