Overview:

Duties:
- Answering phone calls and responding to voicemail messages professionally.
- Schedule appointments and address patient inquiries.
- Greet patients in a cordial manner upon arrival.
- Managing scanning and filing of medical documents.
- Coordinating referrals to specialists through EMR.
- Handling patient billing.
- Help manage office supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Some knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in working with electronic medical records for patient record management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
