Overview:
This state-of-the-art facility is a surgical center for vision correction and premium medical aesthetics. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid background in medical office management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This role is key to ensuring our practice runs efficiently, remains compliant with healthcare standards, and continues to provide outstanding service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support clinic staff, including front desk personnel, clinical assistants, and administrative team members.
- Oversee HR functions such as hiring, onboarding, staff training, and performance reviews.
- Manage and maintain the clinic’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical terminology standards, and internal protocols.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and help ensure the financial health of the clinic.
- Coordinate day-to-day patient flow and scheduling to maintain a high standard of service in both outpatient and aesthetics settings.
- Collaborate with clinical providers to support optimal patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment that prioritizes patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare, medical, surgical or ophthalmology/optometry office setting
- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and staff management in a clinical environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Background in acute care, hospital, or multi-specialty clinic settings is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
