Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician /Laser tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients while promoting a welcoming and relaxing environment. As an Aesthetician/Manager , you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, educating clients on skincare products, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and customer care. Ensuring daily sales targets are met and clinic is running smoothly and operated.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, laser hair removal, body contouring treatments,
- Sanitate all tools and workspaces according to industry standards to ensure client safety.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare regimens and product usage.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that align with client needs, while effectively upselling services and products.
- Provide excellent hospitality to all clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during their visits.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences for personalized service in future visits.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Must be willing to treat male and female clients
Qualifications
- Valid medical aesthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Valid Laser Technician certificate
- Previous experience in a medical spa or salon setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
