Job Summary
Our team at Mirror is growing, and we are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join us! The ideal candidate is an energetic beauty enthusiast who is client-focused and dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience at every visit. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services, perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, and educate clients on skincare products to promote overall wellness. You will also play a key role in building client relationships by generating new leads, following up on consultations, and supporting sales through cross-selling opportunities. Beyond treatments, you will help maintain a welcoming and hygienic environment, contribute to the clinic’s social media presence, and work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure every client receives a memorable, high-quality experience.
Compensation & Growth
This position offers an hourly wage plus a tiered commission structure, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role of up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Clinic Support
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including facials.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
- Conducting client consultations prior to services.
- Contacting existing clients who are due for follow up treatments and identify cross selling opportunities.
- Guiding clients through Mirror’s various procedures.
- Applying numbing agent on clients prior to their treatment.
- Taking Before/After Pictures of clients receiving treatment.
- Making sure client’s profile is complete.
- Greeting clients and contributing to our quality client experience objectives from the moment they arrive.
- Maintaining the complete privacy and confidentiality of all clients’ personal and medical history and information.
Clinic Operations
- Promoting client safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Setting up and stocking procedure rooms.
- Sterilizing equipment and sanitizing designated areas.
- Record keeping and maintenance of client files.
Marketing & Content Support
- Assisting with filming and editing content used for marketing and education
- Creating and contributing content to the Mirror IG account and assigned IG (name).mirror account
Skills
- Certified Medical Aesthetician (diploma or equivalent training required).
- 1+ year of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a clinical spa setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and aftercare protocols.
- Excellent communication and client care abilities; ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Skilled in consultations, treatment planning, and recommending personalized skincare solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage treatment schedules and documentation.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
