Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician to join our team. This role requires someone with a strong background in advanced skincare treatments and laser technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform medical-grade skincare treatments such as Microneedling, chemical peels, and Hydrafacials.
- Conduct laser treatments, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation, using advanced systems like SharpLight.
- Provide in-depth consultations to clients, assessing their skin concerns and recommending tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work environment.
- Upsell services and products to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Esthetician or in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a med spa or similar environment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with SharpLight or similar laser systems is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, treatments, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
