- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Agricultural Engineering, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in food, agricultural, or chemical processing.
- Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production systems.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and meet physical requirements (e.g., climbing, lifting, confined spaces).
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is a plus
