ACS Valves is a leading manufacturer of Rotary Airlock Valves and Gypsum Pin Mixers and is looking to add a Material Handler to our Shipping/Receiving department.
Daily tasks would include:
- Loading and unloading pallets from trucks.
- Driving the company vehicle to pick up and drop off locally and around the GTHA
- Move products and materials by hand or equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and overhead crane.
- Receive orders from suppliers including inspecting materials and reviewing packing slips and purchase orders.
- Put away received materials to storage location.
- Pick orders and prepare for shipping, including stacking, wrapping, and crating products.
- Participate in clean-up and maintenance.
Requirements
- Valid G drivers license
- Physically lift up to 30 lbs.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Able to read basic drawings
- Able to use basic measurement tools and hand tools
