Part-Time
SHIFTS/HOURS: Days, includes weekends and holidays
Rate of Pay: Start 1295hrs 2590hrs
$27.03 $27.39 $27.68
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- Experience in a computerized purchasing/shipping/receiving department
- Physical ability to push, bend and lift
- Basic Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SAGE 300
- Knowledge of hospital supplies required
- Numeracy
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as, part of a team
- Ability to accept direction, guidance, make quick assessments to solve minor problems, and establish priorities in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates values consistent with SJHCG’s Code of Conduct and is committed to fostering a healthy and positive work environment in accordance with Health & Safety policy and legislation.
- Utilize protective equipment provided and identify and reports hazards.
- Engages in ethical conduct and strives to understand and appreciate the diversity of our resident/patient/staff population and community
- Good attendance record
Assets
- Mohawk EFC CM experience
- Knowledge, training and certification in lift truck operation
- Quality & Inventory Control experience
- Vendor Management experience
