Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mason Tender to support our masonry team in various construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and handling of materials, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with skilled masons.
Responsibilities
- Assist masons in building, restoring, and renovating structures using various masonry techniques.
- Prepare and transport materials such as bricks, stones, and mortar on job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assist in masonry tasks.
- Setup and tear down scaffolding
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for specific tasks related to masonry projects.
- Follow all safety protocols while working on-site to minimize risks.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in masonry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction work.
- Strong physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn heavy equipment operation if not already experienced.
- A strong commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Valid Drivers License
- Must have own transportation

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
