Lucere Dermatology & Laser Clinic is looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, event planning, brand management, website development, SEO, and leadership within a marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement Lucere’s annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track marketing KPIs and ROI to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement across social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage content creation and posting across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand reach.
Photography & Videography:
- Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, website, and social media.
- Collaborate with professional photographers and videographers as needed.
Graphic Design & Brand Management:
- Design and oversee the production of marketing assets (social media graphics, brochures, ads, presentations) while maintaining brand standards.
- Work closely with external designers or agencies when necessary.
SEO Strategy & Analytics (preferred)
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, using insights to refine strategies.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including backlink building and content optimization.
Website Development & Management (preferred)
- Oversee website development, content updates, and navigation improvements to enhance user experience.
- Create and optimize landing pages for promotions, lead generation, and events.
- Ensure the website remains up-to-date with fresh content, blog articles, and visuals to drive engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or event planning.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with website management, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with photography/videography is a plus.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
