About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of the overall marketing function, supporting multiple Tamarack communities across Ottawa and Kingston. As a key member of the leadership team, the Marketing Manager works collaboratively with the sales team to drive new home sales and enhance customer experience. The Marketing Manager ensures marketing initiatives are delivered with operational precision and aligned with Tamarack’s brand values and business priorities. The Marketing Manager champions marketing strategies that reflect deep market insight, creativity, and a disciplined approach to performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing residential communities.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, signage, and events – ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Manage partnerships with agencies, media vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Promote and support Tamarack marketing events in the community, including the Tamarack Race Weekend.
- Oversee the design and presentation of model homes, sales collateral and marketing assets to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to guide campaign planning and positioning.
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead activity, and digital engagement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of sales or real estate experience, ideally in residential construction.
- A proven track record of leading engaged, accountable teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in sales tools and systems (e.g., Newstar, CRM platforms).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.
- Familiarity with Ottawa and Kingston real estate markets is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
