What You’ll Do
1. Web Design & Digital Presence
- Manage and maintain our website.
- Ensure content, layout, and UX reflect our brand and promotions.
- Collaborate with developers or third-party vendors as needed.
2. Social Media Management
- Own our social media strategy and content calendar.
- Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor engagement and performance; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead or coordinate photo/video shoots for digital assets.
3. Local Store Marketing
- Develop and execute campaigns to support new store openings, seasonal promotions, and local events.
- Create toolkits and materials for store managers to use locally.
- Coordinate with store teams to tailor marketing to community needs.
4. Graphic Design
- Design eye-catching assets for web, social, print, in-store, and email.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with external designers or freelancers when necessary.
5. Campaign Planning & Budget Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution of initiatives.
- Oversee the allocation and tracking of the ad fund budget, ensuring funds are utilized effectively and accounted for.
- Ensure all proposed campaigns include projected ROI analysis prior to launch.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses for each campaign to assess performance, derive insights, and inform future strategies.
You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food/pizza, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong portfolio in graphic design and content creation.
- Experience managing social media accounts and tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Hands-on experience with web design tools or CMS platforms.
- Understanding of local marketing strategies and community-based campaigns.
- Ability to balance creative work with data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Photography/videography skills.
- Email marketing experience (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Experience with influencer or UGC (user-generated content) campaigns.
- SEO or Google Analytics knowledge.
