Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage our online presence across various platforms.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored for different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing campaigns.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management to foster relationships.
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media management tools including Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
- Experience in public relations or relationship management is a plus.
- Knowledge of photography and video editing is desirable for creating engaging visual content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
