We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Labourer to join our team. This role offers four 10-hour shifts per week, with weekends off (typical schedule is either Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday). What You’ll Do
- Cut and drill aluminum parts for louvered roof systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup based on customer requirements.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Verify shipments and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment (training provided if needed).
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work with the fabrication, powder coating, and shipping teams to meet production goals.
- Assist with inventory checks and general shop upkeep.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (training available if needed).
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support production.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (e.g., saws, drills)
- Forklift experience (certification an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Clear English communication skills for instructions and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license (truck/trailer experience is an asset)
- Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software (an asset)
- Team-oriented, safety-minded, and reliable
