Work Environment:
This position can be located in Calgary AB or Lloydminster SK
What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing technical team across trades and specialties
Manage team performance through regular feedback, development, and reviews
Align team activities with business objectives by translating strategic direction into clear tasks
Execute M&R project plans within budget and financial guidelines
Resolve operational challenges by deploying the right people and resources
Achieve results through effective use of people, technology, and processes, balancing hands-on work with leadership
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Post-secondary education in Engineering or Technology
Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with EAM systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP)
Maintenance Management Professional certificate or equivalent an asset
Proven management and leadership experience, including team development and mentoring
