  • Monitor program performance, lead audits and reviews, and analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with individuals, families, providers, and partners to strengthen outcomes and ensure person-centred practices
  • Support Regional Directors and Service Delivery teams in addressing escalations and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide leadership and coaching to staff, setting clear priorities and fostering professional growth

  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Services, Public Administration, or a related field (a master's degree is an asset)
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in the community living, social services, or disability support sectors, including leadership and program management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Home Share or similar supported living models
  • Experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, or policy development
  • Proven ability to manage complex issues, exercise sound judgment, and develop collaborative solutions
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

We're Also Looking For

  • Familiarity with contractual, regulatory, and risk management frameworks
  • Experience leading initiatives that enhance inclusion and cultural safety in service delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use evidence and feedback to inform decisions
  • A collaborative and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to balance strategy and operational priorities
