Term/Status: Permanent, Full-time (70 hours bi-weekly)
Classification/Salary: Management Band 4, starting at $100,231 - $125,289 annually
Team: Quality Assurance
Location: Flexible within British Columbia, with a designated CLBC office as your primary location (hybrid)

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance, the Manager, Home Share provides provincial leadership to ensure Home Share services are consistent, accountable, and person-centred. You will oversee policies, standards, and quality assurance frameworks that strengthen outcomes for individuals supported through Home Share.
In this role, you will collaborate with regional teams and service providers to monitor performance, resolve complex issues, and apply culturally safe practices that promote inclusion and belonging. You'll also lead program evaluations and risk reviews, using evidence and data to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for a leader with strong knowledge of community living services who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on support, ensuring that Home Share continues to deliver safe, high-quality, and responsive services across B.C.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the provincial quality assurance framework for Home Share services, ensuring consistency and accountability across regions
- Develop, implement, and oversee policies, standards, and guidelines for Home Share delivery
- Provide expert advice and consultation to regional staff and service providers on Home Share practices and issues
- Monitor program performance, lead audits and reviews, and analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with individuals, families, providers, and partners to strengthen outcomes and ensure person-centred practices
- Support Regional Directors and Service Delivery teams in addressing escalations and implementing corrective actions
- Provide leadership and coaching to staff, setting clear priorities and fostering professional growth
What You Will Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Services, Public Administration, or a related field (a master's degree is an asset)
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in the community living, social services, or disability support sectors, including leadership and program management experience
- Strong knowledge of Home Share or similar supported living models
- Experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, or policy development
- Proven ability to manage complex issues, exercise sound judgment, and develop collaborative solutions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use evidence and feedback to inform decisions
