What you’ll be doing:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of enterprise applications within the Treatment Services portfolio, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned solutions
- Oversee ERP systems, database platforms and departmental applications, including analysis, development, support and project delivery
- Drive system enhancements, process improvements and operational efficiencies aligned with business and IT strategy
- Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system requirements and deliverables
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiation and performance oversight
- Build strong partnerships with business units, ensuring user support, training and effective communication
- Lead and support technology initiatives and projects in alignment with organizational priorities
- Partner with the Chief Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer to ensure data integrity, application security and compliance
- Support departmental strategic planning and resource alignment
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective cross-team collaboration
- Coordinate with internal IT and external partners to ensure integrated, secure and scalable systems
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and development to a high-performing team of analysts and technical specialists
- Model inclusive leadership, organizational values and a service-oriented mindset
- Manage full employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance, coaching and recognition
- Promote team engagement, psychological safety and accountability for service delivery and results
What we’re looking for:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Senior Developer role in an information technology environment
- At least 3 years in a leadership capacity and 1 year or more with project management
- Proficiency with enterprise systems, database management and modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
- Solid knowledge of current technologies and products most common in the industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, engage and develop technical teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with organizational strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on collaboration and influence
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management software
- Experience with application support for client administration, finance, HR, etc. in a healthcare setting would be an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to manage competing priorities
