As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strategic, driven, people-first leader to step into a Manager role and help us level up—across coaching, strategy, business development, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do: You’ll work directly alongside the founder to help run and grow Amplified Social. This role is dynamic, multi-faceted, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves both coaching and operations.
Strategy & Business Development
- Represent Amplified Social at local events and networking opportunities
- Contribute to content marketing and social media visibility for the brand
- Host discovery/sales calls and help generate new business
- Support internal innovation and streamline how we do what we do
Coaching & Training
- Take on coaching clients (1:1s, bootcamps, and trainings)
- Help build and evolve our programs to deliver even more value
- Provide support and structure to clients in our coaching programs
Team & Project Leadership
- Oversee all current projects and client accounts
- Lead strategic direction across client social media and marketing efforts
- Ensure task execution through accountability and mentorship
- Host regular team meetings and 1:1s with team members
- Coach the team to perform at their best and grow in their roles
Systems & Operations
- Identify ways to improve both internal processes and client experience
- Troubleshoot challenges and offer solutions that streamline our work
- Help organize tools, workflows, and systems across the business
Account & Client Management (Hands-On)
- Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Roll up your sleeves to help with some social media & project management as needed
