Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows Server operating systems (2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022) in enterprise environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Wintel servers and related infrastructure.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services.
• Assist in implementing and managing hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premises Windows environments with Azure services.
• Support Azure resources including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Azure CLI scripts.
• Monitor system health and performance for both on-premises and Azure infrastructure.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to Windows/Wintel and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to support migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
