Issmi is a refined Japanese restaurant in the heart of North York, led by a head chef with over 30 years of experience at world-renowned kitchens including Nobu and Morimoto. We're currently offering a stage position for a passionate Maki Maker looking to refine their skills and grow in a professional, high-level sushi environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent knife skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Experience in maki preparation (traditional & contemporary styles)
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Korean language ability is a strong asset
- Open to part-time or full-time availability
