Areas of Responsibility:
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training.
- Have a basic understanding of building and Life Safety codes and regulations.
- Perform guestroom repairs (caulking, basic plumbing, tile repair, etc).
- Clean and maintain the public and back of house spaces and shop.
- Assist with parts inventory and control.
- Perform pool water quality testing and maintain records.
- Perform mechanical rounds as required and maintain records.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance duties as assigned.
- Able to safely shut down and isolate equipment.
- Clean boiler and mechanical rooms.
- Maintain confidentially of property information, and protect company assets.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.
- Stand and walk for an extended period of time.
- Ability to lift, bend, twist and pull up to 50lbs.
