Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and project management skills, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently. This role requires a proactive leader who can supervise a team, manage maintenance projects, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Manage industrial maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and logic controllers.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong mechanical background.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and logic controllers is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to fabricate parts as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
