Overview
We are looking for a Main Chef with at least 3 years of experience in Japanese hot food and tempura. The right candidate will prepare quality dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and work closely with our team to deliver excellent service.
Requirements
3+ years experience in hot food & tempura (Japanese cuisine)
Ability to work 5–6 days per week (Sunday off)
Strong cooking and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety standards
Languages
English, Korean (preferred)
