Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery used in the manufacturing of automotive parts. This includes monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various manufacturing machines (e.g., CNC machines, stamping presses, injection molding machines)
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts
- Perform regular quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
