At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Fulfillment Teams play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing team to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Your daily tasks will include:
Operating our state-of-the-art printers using DTG technology (a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way)
Making sure that all equipment is properly maintained, set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing a quality product
Maintaining all auxiliary equipment needed to operate your workstation
Performing quality checks on all items you print and keeping defects at a minimum
Solving basic mechanical or software problems when machines aren’t working correctly
Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead
Performing other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1–2 years of relevant work experience
An understanding of technical printing
In this role, we’ll expect you to:

Have an eye for detail
Follow instructions, schedules, and procedures
