Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator at AGF, you will report to the Production Manager and play a key role on our production team, operating the machinery that manufactures our high-quality, professional-grade cleaning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders and job requirements
- Set up machines for daily operation
- Operate machines to produce high-quality, specification-conforming parts
- Take measurements and inspect finished products to maintain standards
- Detect malfunctions and troubleshoot machine issues
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Assist in Packaging when required and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator (3+ years preferred)
- Experience operating CNC-controlled machines is an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand technical information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills

Other Details:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
- Must be able to meet production targets and deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must have clear criminal record check
