Motif Fine Portraits & Studio Rose | Toronto, ON | $20–$25/hr + Bonus Pay
We are hiring 1 Part-time & 1 Full-time position for this role.

We’re looking for a passionate, high-energy Photographer & Production Star to join our growing team across two luxury brands:
- Motif Fine Portraits (Family Legacy Portraiture)
- Studio Rose (Luxury Boudoir & Pin-up Photography)
About the Role:
This isn’t your average photography job. Our studio is all about creating unforgettable experiences and heirloom-quality artwork for families, women, and everyone in between.
We believe in an all-hands-on-deck culture — every team member is cross-trained in phone, hosting, and communication so we can deliver a luxury experience at every touchpoint.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Can handle high-volume shooting days with grace and enthusiasm
- Is an expert poser and people person — confident guiding all body types, ages, and personalities
- Loves working with families, kids (of all ages), and pets (especially cats and dogs!)
- Is comfortable with boudoir photography, creating a safe, empowering space for women
- Has a big personality — you're the life of the party in the camera room, keeping it fun and relaxed
- Is available and happy to work some evenings and weekends!
Your Skill Set Includes:
- Professional experience in portrait photography (studio or location)
- Strong experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, and retouching workflows
- Efficiency in file management, production editing, and delivery systems
- Experience working with studio lighting (we’ll train on our signature style)
- Willingness to be cross-trained in client communication, phone handling, and hospitality duties — every team member helps create a luxury experience.
Details:
- Pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience + bonus pay available
- Location: Toronto-based studio (North York)
- Schedule: Flexible, but must be open to long and high-energy shoot days
- Brands: This role supports both Motif Fine Portraits and Studio Rose (you’ll get to shoot both families and boudoir!)
