RGM Holdings Ltd a fast paced growing logging company is currently seeking a full time year round lowbed operator to join our high performing company moving equipment.
We offer competitive wages as well as a benefit and pension package after the 3 month probation period.
Job Description:
- Load and move heavy equipment to and from different logging blocks
- Keep your truck clean, inside and out
- Perform daily pre and post-trip inspections as well as complete navistream logbooks daily
- Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Work flexible hours and take on extra duties as required
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (within the last 30 days)
- Experience in road construction or equipment hauling is an asset
- Strong focus on safely in all weather conditions and terrain
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Basic truck maintenance knowledge
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
