We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the lot is organized and welcoming for guests. This position involves assisting customers, managing vehicle inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive on the lot.
- Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles for customers, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, including washing vehicles and organizing inventory.
- Monitor vehicle inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address any inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with team members.
- A keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
