We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team at our dealership. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and welcoming for our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff.
Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Assist customers with locating vehicles and provide exceptional guest services throughout their visit.
- Perform routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good condition and ready for display.
- Manage vehicle keys and assist with cash handling as needed during transactions.
- Collaborate with sales staff to support customer needs and enhance their overall experience at the dealership.
- Provide bilingual assistance to guests when necessary, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Uphold safety standards while performing duties on the lot.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
