Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Loss Prevention professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our assets and ensuring a secure environment for both employees and customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to potential security threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze surveillance footage from CCTV systems to identify suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or thefts.
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and fraud.
- Train staff on loss prevention techniques and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and outcomes.
- Work closely with management to address any security concerns or vulnerabilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is essential.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and training staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
