Are you a highly skilled security professional with a strong presence and a commitment to safety? We are seeking experienced Loss Prevention Officers (LPOs) to provide top-tier theft prevention and safety services for our clients.
As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the safety and security of our esteemed customers, staff, and premises. Dressed in a distinguished uniform, you will represent the epitome of refinement while maintaining a vigilant and professional ambience

What you will do
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence at all entry points and throughout the premises
- Deter possible external entries through observation and outstanding customer service.
- Patrol designated areas to detect any suspicious activity.
- Assist customers and staff with courtesy and discretion, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Enforce company and store policies and procedures to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
- Collaborate with store management and fellow team members to address security concerns effectively.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Exercise tact and common sense in all interactions, handling situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Document security violations and complete incident reports promptly.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
- Quickly respond to security and safety violations, property damage and alarms.
Skills
- A Valid British Columbia Security License
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, including uniform
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with diverse individuals.
- Superior observational skills.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Must be willing and comfortable to stand and patrol for the duration of the shift
