We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with international agencies and customers to manage the import and export of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the import and export of freight with international agencies and customers.
- Prepare and send invoices; receive and process payments.
- Organize and schedule office tasks; maintain accurate documentation.
- Tender shipments at airline warehouses.
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners via phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Industry-specific training will be provided.
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
