Locksmith - Part time

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Locksmith to join our team on part time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lock mechanisms and doors, door operators with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security devices, ensuring the safety and security of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace locks and security systems for homes, businesses, and vehicles.
• Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently.
• Assess security needs and recommend appropriate locking solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including services rendered and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest locksmithing techniques and technologies to enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lock types, key cutting techniques, and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
