Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team for the 2025 season. If you take pride in preparing great food and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to our established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with ingredient prep, including washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow all food safety and sanitation practices
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Help monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies are needed
- Assist with basic kitchen upkeep and equipment checks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Familiarity with food prep techniques and safety guidelines
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy kitchen
- Positive team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule – availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A passion for good food and a willingness to learn

Contract length: 2.5 months
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
