As a Pasta cook, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes according to our menu and recipes.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional cooking experience
- Pasta experience a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
