Fortuna's Row is a stunning new entry in Calgary's food & cocktail scene. Designed around the idea of contemporary Latin cuisine, we offer a flavour profile not seen before in the city. Fortuna's Row Supper & Brunch Club will offer multiple different experiences and become a fast staple within Calgary. Responsibilities:
Be a responsible, friendly team player.
- Have availability for weeknights & weekends
- Learn, understand, and communicate FORTUNA'S ROW food and drink menus to guests effectively
- Maintain a clean, functional and safe environment for patrons and staff.
- Embody our culture, mission, and values.
- To complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Have a sense of urgency and have an attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train positive-minded candidates
- Communicating and working with other members of the team.
- Prepare and cook food as directed - knowledge of dietary restrictions.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
- Make sure that all plates that leave the kitchen are held to our standards.
- Knowledge of food preparation and storage.
- Other duties as required.
- Desire to work around people with a positive & team focused attitude.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience receiving direct and honest feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
