Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Ensure the line is fully stocked before each lunch and dinner rush
- Ensuring all food is cooked to a high quality and made according the menu specs
- Maintain shift readiness through daily kitchen systems, line checks and restocking
- Perform all opening or closing duties required of the shift set out
- Follow safe operating and handling procedures at all times
- Help reduce waste and spoilage as much as possible
Looking for roughly 30 hours per week. Weekends mainly with opportunities elsewhere.
Starting Wage - $18-$20+ Tip outs (an additional $3-$4/hr)
