You’re an experienced culinary professional who understands the fast-paced nature of catering and banquet service. Qualifications:
1-2 years in a high-volume kitchen or catering/banquet setting.- Food Handlers Certificate
- Culinary Arts Diploma / Red Seal Certification considered an asset but not required.
Working Conditions:
Expect a fast-moving, high-energy kitchen environment, where you’ll stand for extended periods, lift up-to 40 pounds, and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
