Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Participate in menu planning and development as needed, contributing ideas for new dishes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, showcasing familiarity with food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
- Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes efficiently.
