- Prepare and cook all menu items with precision and efficiency, ensuring consistency with quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, including utensils and equipment
- Follow all food safety and health regulations in line with industry best practices
- Conduct regular line checks to ensure ingredients and dishes are ready for service
- Minimize food waste by monitoring inventory and managing portion control
- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties accurately and on time
- Replenish stock as needed throughout service
- Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience through every plate served
Qualifications:
- A passion for cooking and culinary creativity
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen setting (preferred)
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Culinary education is an asset
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
