Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards
- Receive orders, execute orders and communicate with kitchen leaders
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as line cook preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques & regulations
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used during production (Rational, French top, pasta boiler, sheeter, vac machine, etc)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards

About Amici Wine Bar : Who we are and how we work…
Amici (Italian for 'friends') Wine Bar is a new hospitality experience, opened Spring last year in Downtown Abby. Inspired by Italy's connection to local agriculture, this modern Italian concept will connect to our unique food in the Fraser Valley, paired with a curated selection of Italian and BC wines, quality cocktails and fine selection of BC craft beers. The food menu will feature a unique twist on classic recipes, designed for any occasion - family-style dinners, date nights or just a casual bite to eat or drink with 'friends'. Salute!
