We are a growing family law firm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal services. We are looking for a motivated Legal Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal drafting and document preparation in family law matters
- Maintain client files and manage correspondence
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to lawyers
- Answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Legal Assistant program would be an asset
- Experience in a law firm would be an asset
- Must be fluent in English and Punjabi (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
